I offer one to one, person centred integrative counselling, in a relaxed, calming environment where you can freely discuss the things you want to in complete confidentiality.
I also offer Equine Facilitated Learning, which offers clients the chance to experience difference, to learn about themselves, through interactions with horses (equine). These intuitive, emotional beings, co-regulate clients in sessions, providing them with live, authentic, in the moment feedback to their interactions.
By building a relationship with the horses here you will be able to take the strength this bond provides beyond our work together in session and incorporate this difference, this learning into your life.
I also offer telephone counselling sessions and online counselling sessions (via Zoom) which are ideal if you are unable to travel for face to face sessions.
